Who you deal with
RedCyfer is Chris Woodall, an infrastructure engineer in Jonesboro, Arkansas. He builds what you buy, and he is the one who picks up when you call. There is no sales team.
He also trains working German Shepherds, and built DogSport USA, a national dog-sport registry, as its own customer. If you run a kennel, a club or a shop, he has probably built something close to what you need.
