Websites

Billed monthly per site, with no term, unless you choose to pay $0 up front for the build on a 24-month plan. Moving an existing site is included in setup. If you leave, you get a full copy of your site.
Managed network

The first 30 days are free. The term is 12 months, then month to month. There is a $249 equipment fee only if you cancel inside the term and do not return the hardware.
Phone answering

Support hours are 9 to 5 Central, Monday to Friday. There is no term on any of this: you pay for the work done. Work is quoted before it starts.
